to provide our customers with water coolers that are ready to
be installed into customers' premises.

* This standard service ensures that a water cooler will last
longer in the marketplace and when rented each water cooler

The unique "Nine Step" process includes:
1. Bar-coding for older coolers
2. Lodgement of cooler into our advanced computer system, for
warranty tracking purposes
3. Disassembly and identification of broken or missing parts
and cleaning of components
4. Panel cleaning
5. Electrical function check and cooling rate verified
6. Exterior cleaning and re-touching where necessary
7. Bowl scouring and sanitization
8. Re-assembly and water leak checks are carried out
9. Batch summary is prepared for invoicing
Upon completion of this process water coolers are hygienically
clean, thoroughly tested and ready for immediate placement.
