All of Aqua Cooler’s industrial chillers are proudly made at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chester Hill, NSW, Australia.
This means lead times are low and spare parts are readily available.
Large Condensers
Aqua Cooler’s industrial chiller condensers are oversized and has air intake from all sides of the chiller for maximum efficiency.
Compressor
Hermetically sealed scroll compressor.
Factory Testing
All chillers are designed to operate at 45°C and are tested in our factory in a temperature controlled room.
Evaporator
We use a custom designed robust evaporator to handle the roughest conditions.
Non-Corroding Plastic Tank
The new R-Series range has a brilliantly engineered, insulated, food grade polyethylene tank that will not corrode.
Pump
All of Aqua Cooler’s chillers are fitted with a stainless steel multi-stage pump with bypass.
Installation locations
With robust weatherproof construction, Aqua Cooler’s chillers are able to be installed in both indoor and outdoor locations.
Temperature
Chilled water between 5°C and 25°C (lower if Glycol used)
Thermostat
A dual pressure safety digital thermostat is included in all chillers.
Service
Aqua Cooler provides its customers with extensive, 24 hour, nationwide service.
